What i have found with my S/MTA with 16.9x38 Firestone super all tracks at a tractor pull on a really good hard track that i get a far bette3r pull when my tires are 15-16 psi in the 6000 and up , i can't go down much more , to heavy for 5500 . I tried the low pressure and found that under pull the bars sorta roll back and under , so for the second hook i had time to go put more air in them as i really had nothing to loose , went back and took my second hook and she grabbed hold the track lifted the ft. a bit and dragged the sled out of the holes and made the full pull only tractor to get the sled out of the holes and make a full pull . Also by running low tire pressure you can ruin the side walls on a bias tire .
