Sounds like a guy I know. His whole life he had neck tie salary jobs (retired now). Been well off his entire adult life. He might not be quit as bad as the paper sack and sandwich bag thing, but close to it. He's very tight. He was raised that way, and is not going to change. When he was a kid, his mother would save, wash, store, and reuse tin cans for gardening. She would let him use one to put fishing worms in, but only if he returned it so she could wash, store, and reuse it again in the garden. He came by this naturally. But you'd a thought he'd of changed somewhat after decades of no money issues.
