Welcome.
First off you would be better served in getting answers if you start your own post rather than tagging onto one that is two years old. This site has two views people can use. In Modern an old post moves to the top when it gets a new reply. In the classic view it doesn't move up so a lot of people who might have info may never see it.
Now if you are looking for the shaft to go between the tractor PTO and the blower gear box, you should be able to get one at most any farm store or farm equipment dealer. You need to know what the shaft on the blower requires for a yoke, (it looks like it maybe a straight bore yoke held on by a through bolt (you need to measure the diameter). The tractor end should be simple, as I am going to assume you have a tractor with a 540 rpm PTO which will use a regular 1-3/8"- 6 spline quick disconnect yoke. Hook the blower to your tractor and with it setting on the ground measure between the end of the tractor PTO shaft and the end of the blower's input shaft. With that info, and the HP of your tractor, you should be able to find a shaft local to you. You might have to buy one longer than you need and shorten it. The new shaft should come with instructions for doing that and the recommended overlap of the two halves of the slip shaft. If that is not the shaft you need, you need to better describe just what shaft you are looking for. You need to look for option of a shear connection or slip clutch on the shaft. Below is a link to the John Deere 270 parts catalog that may help you.

I’ve noticed a few questions in the comment section that could pertain to hydraulic cylinders so I thought we could take a short look at this real workhorse of the circuit. Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
