You know a dedicated companion really humbles you......does me. I have a not too many generations from wild, Australian Dingo female half breed I saved from the animal shelter about 12 years ago when she was roughly 6 months old. Not a Healer or Border Collie but a tight, high strung, companion. Wish I would have had her when I was younger and working cattle. The rumor that they need attention is true.
I keep her in a 40'x 40' pen with a upper class dog house with porch I built for her and she has her trails around the perimeter and in an X pattern across the center, follows them regularly. I give her a Milk Bone dog biscuit and she won't eat it immediately. She goes and buries it somewhere in the pen to be dug up at a later date. What's funny is watching her go around the pen with it in her mouth trying to figure out where she is going to bury it. I have to love on her before feeding so that she will eat otherwise she apparently thinks I'm mad at her and pouts!!!!!

If it would just start when I turn the key, then I would use it more often. In addition to a bad case of old age, most of the tractor's original electrical system was simply too unreliable to keep.
