At least he has lights. I had a goose neck like that once. That hitch extends long enough to put it on the bumper and you dont need all the extra. I had mine hooked to a 1 ton van for 3 years and hauled some 5000 lbs loads. Didnt own a truck at the time and you got to do what you can.
