-28F is the coldest actual temp I can remember. We seem to have a lot of 10 to 20 degree temps here, that feel like 0 or below once wind chill is factored in. Someone once visited here from a dryer lower humidity place further to the north that -10 actual temps were more common. After visiting here, they said they'd take thier -10 degree actual temps at home any day, compared to the warmer temps here with wind chill factored in to come up with same temp.
