Did some body change those filters and they be like those Perkins filters with the square o-ring and put it on the top so fuel doesn't flow good. Usually will not run if that way. Line leaking fuel back some or a fuel leak in a line someplace letting air in. Even a porous hose will do that. I'm thinking I have a similar problem on the truck. If it sets for longer periods of time it has a hard time starting.If it just sets a week or so it is fine for a few weeks then the problem arises. I'm going to change out the fuel hoses from the tanks to the engine this summer.
