If interest rates ever start trending up, there will be plenty on new and used late model tractors available on the market. I suspect very few new tractors are purchased with one cash payment. And very few late model tractors will be purchased without the aid of some kind of financing either through a equipment manufacturing companies loan, bank loan or. Farm Credit loan. All it will take is for the cheap available credit to become not so cheap, and not so available. Stay tuned. Just like in the 80s, guys with ready cash will be able to buy, and guys with big mortgages will be selling.
