The tractor had a live clutch and was working on a saw bench when the clutch let go. The flywheel shattered causing the damage, she would have been running at about 2000 rpm. The flywheel on a live clutch tractor is not very heavy to allow for the weight of the clutch.
I too have seen them go but never this bad, as Skipper says, just a heap of bits in the bell housing but in this case part of the flywheel ended up about 20 feet away.
