If that serial number is correct and the date codes on the castings indicate 50's era, it has to be a Harry Ferguson, Massey Ferguson didn't come along until the 60's.
I'm thinking there is a short and long starter, not sure. And TO starter is different than TE.
What is wrong with your original starter? Can it be fixed? You will find original parts are better quality than the aftermarket knock-offs.
