We bought my 80 something mom (she insists on mowing herself and what mamma wants - she gets... ) a Stihl electric self propelled push mower last year. She loves it. No gas, oil or rope to pull. Charge a battery, squeeze a handle and she is going. Did I say she loves it?
Best part - she has two batteries and they do not last very long so she HAS to take a break. Takes a goodly time to recharge, so she mows parts of her yard, comes out the next day or evening and mows the other parts.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
