I went over to the Ford Board and I agree with TF. Clean the tank out the best you can and get the ignition working right which shouldn't take much if you already got it running. Sell the tools separate and offer them with the tractor for a price. Some people like to buy everything together especially if they have to finance to make the purchase, they can get every thing and deal with one person. Others may just want the tractor.
The tractor looks pretty straight and since everything cost more in Ca. you should be able to get a good price.
