Won't start

Just overhauld 8N Ford and can't get it started. Everything seem alright has spark, compression, fuel, correct valve clearence but won't fire. Valve timming set by the book. Engine has new cylinder sleeves,pistons and ring, new valves and seats, all new bearings, it should be a new engine but won't start. Any suggestions. Thanks Dan Stine
