I bought a John Deere B serial # 270481 so accordingly it's a 50 model styled. It does have a problem tho. The clutch will not snap (cam over) into operate, but it will not move in gear so I pretty much figure the clutch is stuck. The battery is dead and we don't have it off the trailer yet to check anything much. The auctioneer said he was there Friday when they unloaded it and that was all that was wrong with it. The gas is old in it so it hasn't been ran in awhile. He didn't say that it would run and the battery is dead so he didn't lie. I bought it cheap enough that I can put some money in it and I think still make a little profit. And before anyone yells get a manual, I ordered one this morning. I'm gonna try to attach a couple photos of it.
