Thanks for all of the ideas, looks like I have more work to do. Our rides are mostly gravel so I did a solo run yesterday, even without much seat suspension its smoother than our 8n. Super B we are in Marcus.
If I do a solo ride or when it goes to pull loads to town this fall I just swap seats out, will only take 10 minutes as of now.
