Sotxbill.. Okay, I was up front so you Katy-bared me. My original thinking was this was down the lines of the thing I believe I see popping up as an advertisement on YouTube. They show some gadget to plug in your diagnostic port and it is supposed to raise your mpg and they say there is one made for almost every vehicle. This guy has a gas V10. Unless you left something out your vehicle is a diesel, or at least about halfway down your reply that is the vehicle you mentioned. Comparing tuners or programmers for a diesel vs. a gas engine is apples and oranges. I could see how minimizing ERG valve opening as B&D mentioned could help milage to some degree. BTW, glad to see you back on the forums more.
