Like it or not the kid was breaking the law and school rules. Tractors can only be operated on the road for the purpose of agriculture. Yes, we all know some drunk/addict that had their license taken away and rode around town on an old tractor, the cops turned a blind eye because it was just "Ol' Buzzy!"
