This nut was laying on a corner ledge below the cab on our 4890 case tractor. The thread inside is a metric 6mm X 1 thread. Who knows if it even came from the tractor. Does any one have any idea what it would be for? It is brass under the black paint I was thinking a nut that would go into a rubber grommet for something that mounts on a window? What are your thoughts. Ranch
