You in no way need to apologize, I will myself apologize that if I gave you an indication that your question was not worthy of being asked here, I am sorry! It is not that we cannot be troubled by you asking questions on an antique tractor board about more modern machinery that is in no way the issue. Your question is far more tractor related then some of the other crapo that is run through this page. My intention and hopefully I can speak for the other poster who replied as well, was to lead you to a place where there are posters who are more knowledgeable on the subject and the equipment you posted about. I also read that forum and if you take much time to read what is there you will see that many posters there are true farmers posting about there everyday machinery problems. Many of the posts there are about hydraulics and fairly complex systems that include electronic controls. Also I do not know exact numbers but I would not be surprised if the viewing number there is not 3, 5 or even 10 times what it is here. I just clicked the ..Active post.. button there and one thread posted there about the effects of seed singlelation in relation to metering in a planter has nearly 30,000 views in 2 days. There are never viewing numbers like that here. My sole purpose of suggesting you post there was to HELP you solve your problem and NOT to push you off. Hope this was clear and thanks for posting, I am certain you will have a better response over there. If you have been a poster there and had some sort of issue I apologize for this suggestion, but there is no way for me to know that.

Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
