Poke around the leak, locate the problem exactly. Scrape and clean the area carefully, the tubes are thin and fragile. If you know how to solder, or know someone who does, it possibly can be soldered, especially if it was punctured. If it just rotted through and started leaking the odds are slim for a good repair.
Or clean it up and try some JB weld. Same odds of success.
Find a radiator shop. The only ones left are heavy equipment shops, up to the individual if they will even look at it. They may try to fix it or do a recore. A recore is the best option, but expensive. You;ll probably have to do some groveling to get them to take the job. Need to assure them you are serious and not price shopping!
Replace it with a China aftermarket. Cheap, maybe fit, maybe last, maybe not...
