Kinda makes me snicker. The cab frame design (JD) I designed as a part of a neat group of guys was shipped out to Rochester MN for fabrication in the 1980's shortly after I left Deere. It was brought back in house not too long later. Of course Deere cabs were originally built by Hinson out near the airport.
I will put my $$ on Deere......would like to see their electric tractor and the self driving ones, too. I remember watching the weld-up of my first cab frame in the experiental weld lab the day the Challenger blew up. Leo

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
