Finally got the old tractor out and driving around the property after many hours of going over it. As Ive posted in previous discussions this came to me as a project tractor. Hit the starter 2 evolutions its running great. 38 to 40 pounds of oil pressure, temperature gage coming up , amp meter is showing charge even with the rust particles thats underneath the needle. But as Im driving it didnt sound good. Back in the shop. Pulled plug wires off as it was running two and three cylinder made no change. Checked compression on two and three 50 pounds on two and three cylinders. Just to add governor shaft is leaking profusely and PTO seal is leaking . Went to shut off the gas on the settlement bowl and the little handle its gone just the plane shaft. What a challenge on this old equipment.
