Nice job. I never was good at brazing either. Our teacher in Vo Ag taught us the fundamentals. Made us all try to do it, and then moved on to something else rather quickly. Probably the only thing in Vo Ag that I failed at, along with most in my class. I was kind of glad we moved on to something else, because I was not doing well at it.
I try not to post anything very far off topic. But find myself replying a lot of times, to stuff that is. Probably due to the bulk of it on here.
I think the internet in general (not just this site), has built walls and barricaded people from thier in person socializing. Kind brought about a collapse of thier old school social world, if you will. So they bring to the table here, what they normally would of talked about at the coffee shop, dance hall, poker night, odd fellows meeting, Sunday school, bingo hall, town hall meeting, or anything else that they NO LONGER go to. Some of which they may of quit going to, because of at home entertainment on the internet. Or some of which don't happen anymore because of people staying home for internet entertainment.
Next time you are out in public (out to eat, ball game, whatever), take notice to how many people got thier nose in thier phone rather than visiting with the person sitting right beside them.
In my opinion, that's how floods of off topic ends up on sites such as this one. This is the outlet for those not talking about it elsewhere.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
