I have a TO 20 , 1950 that I have had for 30 years or so and it has had one set of rings and rod bearings in that time. It used to foul plugs but I fixed it by installing antifouler extenders on the offending spark plugs, cylendars that fouled plugs and have had no more trouble with fouled plugs. Most auto parts stores have them.Just take one of the plugs that fit the tractor so you get the right ones.
