I am a little confused about this whole, deal mainly the fact that the part CNHI diagrams I lead you to claims to be for a 1989-90 model tractor. I really think that is incorrect and this is the right machine however it was built in England between 1966-71. The information I have says it was only built with a Diesel engine. Clearly the CNHI disagrees with that if those are the right parts diagrams for your tractor. All I can say is the drawing of the breaker points seems to be very nearly correct. So you need to either find a Case New Holland /Fiat dealer near you and order them or order them through Messicks, see link. At the link the part sections will appear above the page that pops up. Choose electrical and then the 2nd subsection 2-19 circuit breaker distributor.. the points are the top item listed. Best I can do for you. Maybe Timmycornpicker has more details for you.
