Must be talking about number 32 in the attached diagram. No experience with your model but based on having worked on systems like this in the past the sleeve is just a rubber sleeve. I have even used a piece cut squarely with a razor blade out of the proper sized fuel resistant hose to replace them. The nut on the fitting was probably tighten down and bottomed out hard. Just get a wrench, good pliers or vise grip to hold the fitting and I am pretty sure the nut will come loose. Funny they call it an olive under the substitute part number, must be a British deal due to the tractors are UK built. Or maybe someone had a little to much focus on the martini they were going to have after work.
