The purpose of a fuse is to protect wiring. AWG 16 copper is good for 10 amps, AWG 14 for 15 amps and AWG 12 is good for 20 amps. So whatever the smallest gauge wire is between the battery and power outlet, that will determine your fuse size. If this is a cigarette lighter outlet, 10 amps should be plenty to handle whatever you'll plug into it.
