I have a Bobcat T-590 that I use to load manure (occasionally) Clearing fence rows right now and noticed a sound in the undercarriage. Had used IR thermometer previously to find roller that had run out of oil. They cost about $400 each and I just replaced the last one. This time there was not enough of a temperature difference to determine which one is bad and with 2200 hrs on machine i got to thinking there may be more than one so i removed tracks and rollers. the rollers each have plugs for oil. There is one that is dry and turns easier than the others. I want to put the oil level to the same level in all rollers and am guessing that it is 90-140 but there are no specs as Bobcat offers no service items for them and BERCO who manufactures the rollers is a wholesale only company.I put oil in the questionable rolled and it weeps out. Any thoughts about putting in grease? I will probably order a new undercarriage to install this winter but need to keep operating in the meantime. Think it will go another 2-300 hrs ? Thanks

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
