Much depends on factors we don't know, and you may not either. If the head has been surfaced (maybe more than once) and possibly the deck as well to make it flat, and the word Dome had about 10 or more manufacturers with varying dome location and height, it is possible to have interference. Almost all contact can be moderated with proper testing and a die grinder or Dremel tool. With no gasket, and modeling clay layered onto the piston crown about 1/16 inch thick, and pam cooking spray on the head/valves (light film) place the head on the studs with no nuts. Slowly rotate the crank through 2 complete revolutions feeling for resistance or head movement. Do not force rotation. After 2 turns, pull the head and look for pinched spots or contact. The head gasket will add .030 to .040 inches to this clearance. If no marks, no issue. If actual contact, grinding is needed. Unless you intend to run the engine at 150% rpm with stock valve springs, .040 actual clearance should be fine, including the gasket. Jim
