Since I don't live on a farm, when I bought a new Kubota a few years ago, I called my St. Farm agent and asked about what coverage would cost. Turns out I was already covered for theft, even though a tractor was not a normal homeowner item. Suggest you start by asking what coverage you already have and go from there. You bring up a good point on liability. I don't transport my tractor often, but do once in awhile. I better find out that part.
