The honest answer is, nobody really knows. Nobody has done a scientific experiment where they took 1000 identical tractors, put Hytran in 500 of them and Hygard in 500 of them, and ran them in identical conditions for identical hours to see what happens, which ones wear more, which ones broke down more, etc..
You PROBABLY won't have any problems. Probably, but you will never know 100% for sure.
BTW, unless the CaseIH dealer is also a Viscosity Oil dealer, they will not have "real" Hytran. They will have the new Shell formula which does the same thing but kind of smells like a dead animal.
Seek out a Viscosity dealer for the "Ultraction" product which is "real" Hytran and smells like Hytran.
