We had pioneer couplers with short hoses to the tractor,the couplers were clamped and bolted so you just pulled the hoses towards you to hook up the cylinder. It also kept you from pulling the plumbing out of the tractor if you lost your implement. Its still a pain to rehook when you have pressure on the cylinder,but better than a trip to the hose shop. I just couldnt get dad to buy some hair pins to keep the hitch pins from working out .
