I just googled a Moline 403 engine. There is a lot of them. There are a few old guys in every community that can machine anything. I know of 4 at least. Most would love to teach a young guy how to build his own motor. Need to get tractor down to 4000 lb. To pull 4500. Call me if you want. 618 599 8041.
