Removed carburetor one more time. I did find a plugged passage. The one at the very bottom of the bowl. Used a set of carburetor wires to finally poke it through. Engine started right up and ran fine. I let run for a while to warm up. Shut it down and added some oil. Tried starting it again, it back fired and jammed the starter.
Removed starter and the pinion was jammed tight. Had to remove the nose cone to unjam it.
