Yeah, there can be a big difference between " Gotta have it now!" prices and "it can wait I'll order online" prices.
Hose broke on my baler early this summer, decided to replace both. I too was shocked. But it was a "Gotta have it now" situation. And while shocked, was more than willing to pay it so I could get back to baling.
The rep from Parker happened to be there at the time...said at least I got them now, prices were going up 8% the following month..July
