Randy, Did you dry time it the way I described on page 3? IF plugs are dry, you need to take the carb apart and clean both idle and main jet. What you did won't clean the carb's jets.
Did you get the metal clip back on the rotor?
There is a number 1 on rotor the cap. The cap will only go on one way..Is the rotor pointing to #1 when you dry timed the engine on TDC??
