I have an old block of cherry wood that I have had since about 1985. It is used to put the grill on. I take a small hammer and knock out dents while holding the grill at different angles. The broken metal I repair with an acetylene torch and coat hanger wire. If a piece of metal is missing, I weld in a piece with the torch and wire and smooth it up with the torch and wire. The screen can be bought. Like I said, Time and Patience.
