Thanks yes I have new chain ready for when the sprocket arrives. It is wearing below the teeth. Earlier this year I found a bad idler sprocket that was wore and the chain was cutting into the sprocket body. Replaced sprocket and chain and quieted that down. I have pried with bar on bearing locations and don't get movement. Not sure on timing of the rollers they currently are set about 1/4 inch apart, not touching. Way it was when I got it. The sprocket I suspect was a problem for someone else as it had been welded to the shaft. Got about 10 acres left.
