Took the pump off. All parts look good. going to take out the relief valve and check it. If it looks okay I think I'll reinstall pump. Just wondering how to fill with oil. It says to fill 1/4 above filter. Understood. What about all the hoses? Is there a place by the steering gear (bottom of steering wheel) where more oil can be added? How does oil get in all the hoses and cylinders, etc. Not sure how you set the relief valve after running a while. Do you just take the canister lid off and adjust with a screwdriver that way? Hope my questions aren't too stupid sounding. I'm just a retired 18 wheel driver who is now trying to get the 202 running. Thanks to everyone for help!
