I don't get out from under the shade tree that much. This is what my squeaking Cadillac brake pads look like. ACDelco Silver 14D1896CH Ceramic Front Disc Brake Pad Set.
In the bottom of the pic are 4 springs that keep pads from dragging on the rotor.
Do they make a tool to keep spring and pads in place while you install the caliper?
I invented new longshoreman words trying to get my front brakes back together. Then I used the caliper to hold the one end of the pads in place and then install the spring on the other end of the pad. Please tell me there is a tool.
