I've been a member for a while but haven't posted. I enjoy the posts and have learned from the knowledge here. I am looking for a pair of used 11.2 x 36 tires for a Farmall Super C that I acquired from an estate. The tractor was missing the carb and has been sitting for many years. The tires were like new, but the previous owner passed away and the tires went flat and rotted out. Anyway, I was at the Steam O'rama in Republic Mo. and saw a pair of tires and rims, but I hadn't got the tractor running and had no way to haul them back home, so I didn't ask about them. I've been kicking myself for not getting his number since then. I was wondering if 1206SWMO, r.w.b. or someone else in that area might know the guy? Thought it was worth a try. A new set on rims on C.L. is $1400. A little out of my price range. Thanks

The year was about 1967 and my father found a good used Ford 601 tractor to use on the farm instead of "Bob", our old mule. Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
