I bought an Everlast MTS275 Mig/Tig/stick combo about 18 months ago. I find it's a great little welder. However, I also agree with Steve's comments re: consumables. Tips and stuff for the gun are impossible to find locally. They are available through everlast, fairly reasonably. But his point is well made. I expect at some point I'll need to swap this out for a parker gun or something I can buy parts for locally... but the welder itself is very impressive... and that's coming from someone whose blood runs true blue. The simple reality is that red doesn't even offer a comparable product. Blue is close but lacking in specs for a LOT more money... and yellow is also great but local support here is about the same as everlast. So I figured for a no support situation (realistically all of them here), you might as well buy the best spec you can find for a fair price. I have no regrets.
