That falsehood isn't going to keep the Donald out of Leavenworth. Better check the law before you make vague threats to someone who's merely pointing out facts.
So far DJT's attorneys have provided zero evidence he declassified any of the documents he stole. And he's accused of stealing documents, period. Doesn't matter whether they're classified or not, they weren't his to take. The whole thing could have been glossed over if he had returned the stolen documents to the National Archives when they nicely asked him to. Instead, he and his so-called lawyers repeatedly lied about the matter, culminating in the search of his Miami beach shack. And the feds think he's still got other loot they haven't yet found.
