Fergy, welcome to YT! Is this request strictly a cost saving measure? Maybe you are an expert at riveting the linings on, but I am sure there is a learning curve and some aggravation to attaching the linings. Usually the reason only linings are replaced is because it is for a very rare machine and a completely relined plate is not available or if it is they are very expensive.
