Hello Shane welcome to YT. If you web search your description one comes up as ..used.. for sale by Bates they list it as 374262R91 for $125. Using that number it looks like you could also get one from CNHI, it is shown as available as ..limited stock.. for the steal of a price of $357! 1st link if I can get it to work. Searching that part number also brought up this older YT post on the subject, see 2nd link. I know if I was doing it I would be brazing up the stops on a stock M shaft and then use a little trial and error with my Snap-On digital advance timing light to dial it in. Opening up the distributor a few times to grind out the brazed up stop to get it to where it needs to be. A distributor machine would be ideal for this but finding those and someone who knows how to operate one is getting ..few and far between.. these days.
