First off, Welcome to the forum.
I will note that using all caps is considered yelling and may get you some negative comments.
Another thing is this site has two different formats for viewing/posting. Using the Modern view, the original post and all replies to it; move to the top of the page and the entire topic is visible to those reading it. There is some background to your post.
If one prefers and uses the Classic view (and there are many here who do), they only see your single post as "Re: dexter 10k gd axles with electric brakes". The original post and replies do not move to the top, they stay back in time where they were originally posted, and few will switch over to Modern to see the post you tagged on to. Without the backstory visible your post lacks detail. And replies to your post may show as random Re's, not tied together when one is using Classic.
For all users to see your issue correctly the best thing is to start a new post of your own and give all info that pertains to what you are working on, the issue(s) you are encountering, and what you have done to correct it thus far.
When you say brake kits did you install new backing plates with shoes and hardware already on them or put the parts on your old backing plates? Were they marked for left or right side and installed on the proper side so the shoes and magnets are working in the correct rotation. Shoes with the longest linings should be to the rear.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 8MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.

Minus two kids, we traveled light with only the youngest in tow. As long as a pool was at the end of our destination she was easy to please unlike the other two who have a multitude of requirements to travel with mom and dad. Amana Colonies served as a respite where we ate a family style lunch that sustained us with more food than could reasonably fit into our ample physiques. The show at Ankeny
