Coworker had one. Was over at my house one day showing it off. I raised the hood and looked at all the OEM machinery, V8 engine included. I was duly impressed with the size of the engine components, especially the cooling hoses and associated components. Looked as if they just lifted the workings out of a large truck.
On their Travel All who would have ever thought that that design would have inspired (probably have inspired) today's popular multidoor smaller trucks. When they first came out I shopped some and I didn't like the layout as compared to the single seat, 2 door with which I grew up seeing and folks using. Then one day I bought one and my attitude flipped 180*. In 2009 I bought a Ram Hemi 2 door, short bed......second childhood celebration I guess. Didn't take long to realize what a stupid (useless) mistake.
