The mounting stand is slightly more than 2 feet tall tho and bottom is a 3 inch square plate to set on ground and top is a collar with a threaded hole about 1/2 inch in diameter for a small crank to tighten and that collar has a flat plate forged to side to set under frame of cultivator to hold the frame up in storage. NO BRENDS in the rod and no hole for a cotter key. Have had a set of 2 row units and 2 sets of 4 row units one being set on 40 inch for corn and other set on 30 inch rows for beans. Do you have levers for both sides to set individual row depth, sounds more like a part for use with the levers. but the bend still does not fit that thought.
