You dont say which rims or tire sizes. Loop style rims are usually availible.. z-bar power adjust rims are a bit harder to find but not impossible, but more expensive. You dont say condition of tires or,, are they leaking... And you dont say if there is rust other than the valve stem holes...
If they look good everywhere else and do not loose a lot of air,, I would wait. And first time they need a repair, have tires and tubes removed, sand, prime, and paint rims... let them dry as they will be sticky for days... then go back together as needed... most likely new tubes and NO CalChor. Maybe one tire now,, and then the next tire when it decides acts up...
BUT...
I have had to drill a new hole for the valve stem on the opposite side of the rims and patch over the old hole.. I have had some rims that were starting to split at these holes... I have had rims that spit a couple of inches or more and three over the years that starting splitting all the way around, and shucking the tire bead. Every rim will be different.. If they start to split, it will accelerate quickly over time, so catch it early or loose the rim. Lots of rims just needed a sanding and painting. Lots need nothing... If your keeping it, and like it, plan on major maintenance on it every 3 to 5 years where they come in from the farm and ranch, get power washed down, loaders removed and all needed things fixed and serviced... before they go back out. Much easier to do this in the shop at home than in the middle of a pasture or field. Aint nothing worse than trying to service a tractor with a loader on it....So decide how bad, how soon, and when.
