Hello hm welcome to YT! The poster Harold Melius has not made a post here since May 2018. Many who post here are up in years and stuff happens. I would be real surprised if you received a response from him. It would be wise to just repost this adding your own information. If coping what was said in his post is easiest do that. There is also a Farmall and IH topic section on this forum I will place a link to it. I would suggest you place your new post there.
Edit: If you do post this again please add the information of if you have an International 656 utility or a Farmall 656 row crop. I would think you have a utility but one never knows unless outrightly informed.
